• Form. First name, last name, company, email, phone, selected scope and the message. With the inquiry we store a hash of the IP address, not the address itself, to limit repeat submissions from one connection.
• Referral link. If you arrive with a source code in the address, we store that code and a random visit id so unique visits can be counted. The id has no name in it.
• Language and accessibility. The language you pick and readability settings (contrast, link underlines, motion, typeface, text size) stay in the browser.
• Cookie notice. Closing the notice is remembered in the browser so it does not return on every view.
• Hosting logs. The server provider may keep a technical connection log, including the IP address, for a limited time.

The /panel/ address is how the studio runs the site. It is not part of an ordinary visit. The operator account, password, one-time code and biometric key belong only to the person who signs in there. The biometric key stays on the device. The server receives the public key only.

• Replying and preparing work — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). If the message does not lead to a contract, Art. 6(1)(f): a legitimate interest in answering you.
• Running and securing the site — Art. 6(1)(f): language, limiting form abuse, hosting stability.
• Counting referral visits — Art. 6(1)(f). This measures the studio’s own links. It is not an advertising profile.
• A legal duty — Art. 6(1)(c), if correspondence becomes a contract or an accounting duty.

The public site does not set advertising cookies and does not load Google Analytics. Cookies the site itself uses:

• kamp_locale — chosen language, one year, needed for the English version.
• kamp_ref — source code from the address, 90 days.
• kamp_vid — random visit id, one year, only to count unique visits from a referral link.
• kamp_panel — panel session, only after login, cleared when the browser closes.

The browser also keeps accessibility preferences (kamp_wcag_prefs_v1) and the fact that the cookie notice was closed. You can delete cookies and local storage in the browser. The site still opens. Language returns to Polish, and the cookie notice may show again.

Form data stays on the site server. The studio operator and the hosting provider can access it only as far as running the site requires. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertising networks.

If you write from outside the European Economic Area, the server handling the site is still in Poland.

• Inquiries — for the correspondence and up to 24 months after the last message. Longer only if a dispute or a statute requires it.
• The IP hash on a form — with the inquiry, for the same period.
• Referral counts — aggregate, without a name. Removed when those stats are cleared, and not kept beyond 24 months.
• Cookies — for the times above, or until you delete them.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the request to biuro@kamp.com.pl.
